1. Return policy
If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. No reason needs to be given for your return.

The returns right is exercised by sending back a returns package in due time or, if an article cannot be send as a package, by informing us that you would like to return an article. This requisition must be in text form (mail, fax, letter). Reasons for your return are not required. You will find instructions regarding the return with the return paperwork which is enclosed in your parcel.

The purchase contract is dissolved following the return of goods. We reimburse payments within 14 days via bank transfer or credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.

The representation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but noncommittal online catalogue. By clicking the order button you have sent an obligatory order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The sales contract comes into please with our confirmation of despatch or supply of the goods. We have the right to cancel any order without reason. The contract is stored on our servers.

2. Ordering, payment & prices
Ordering
Vintage Gallery has made it easy for anyone around the World to go shopping for a vintage item. All you have to do is; (1) to find the item you want to purchase, (2) fill out your personal information, shipping address, payment and (3) then you have completed your order.

Compared to other similar sellers of vintage furniture, we make a virtue out of announcing the item and shipping price directly at our homepage. Here is no need for price on request/POA or waiting for a reply of a quotation. Furthermore it is possible to purchase your favourite vintage item immediately at Vintagegallery.dk. Please note that few items are listed as "call for price" and are without price and/or shipping price.

Payment options
We offer different kind of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover provided by Paypal, which is a verified and scure payment system. Bank wire transfer is also available. If you want to collect you item at our showroom (Copenhagen or Berlin) you can pay with cash.

Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. Vintagegallery.dk is not responsible for possible errors on the site. All item prices are incl. all costs (excl. shipping to destination) - we have no hidden costs and no extra VAT.

All prices are listed in EUR, but can also be paid in USD, AUD, GBP, JPY, NOK, SEK.

All prices are as written.

For EU private customers
The goods are sold according to the special EU regulation for used goods. The buyer cannot deduct VAT. This does not include new items e.g. spare parts and renovated items. Please quote for an invoice if needed.

For EU business customers
Please contact us before making an order. VAT number is required to exclude the VAT.

For International customer outside EU
No VAT are included. The buying price is as listed on our page.

We offer special discount for larger orders.

3. Shipping
World Wide Shipping, insured and traceable.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Receipt of orders is confirmed per email. We have specific shipping dates from both Copenhagen and Berlin.

Items "in stock": will be shipped the next coming shipping date. Any extensions of the time of delivery will be advised via email immediatly.

Items "not in stock": information about time of delivery will be listed on the item page. Otherwise please send an inquiry and we will get back asap.

You will also be advised via email with tracking number and relevant shipping information, when the order has been shipped from our place.

Priority or Economy shipping
It is possible to choose between two shipping options: Express Shipping (UPS) Standard shipping (UPS) and Economy shipping (Post Danmark/DHL). Express and standard shipping is done by UPS. UPS has an extraordinary reliable service and the risk for receiving a damaged package is alsmost not excisting. UPS shipping is always incl. insurance which covers possible damage during transport and lost packages. Furthermore is it possible to track and trace the shipment from the departure in Copenhagen/Berlin to the package is delivered.

Shipping prices can be find if you proceed with an order to the 2nd step. Just put the item into the shopping basket and proceed with checkout. Then fill out your shipping informations and then you will find the total price of the order and still have the option to cancel it.

Our carriers are UPS, The Danish Postal service (Post Danmark), Deutsche Post and DHL when it comes to regular parcels. Pallets and larger shipment are taking by our new partner DSV. We ship from both Copenhagen (Denmark) and from Berlin (Germany). Shipments from Germany will primary be done by Deutsche Post/DHL or UPS.

4. Entering into contract
The acceptance of your order occurs with the delivery of your goods. Your order will be rejected if the goods are not delivered within 2 weeks of the receipt of your order - unless this is accepted by you and agreed with VintageGallery. Should the goods be delivered after the 2 week period without an agreement, then you may either refuse to accept the order or return the order to us at our cost by using the returns label enclosed with the package.
